About Me
My name is Alexandra and I am a published Photographer from Germany, with 8 + years of experience in professional Photography, now living in beautiful San Diego, California!
I picked up my passion in Photography at the age of 10, when my mum brought home a really cheap and small digital Sony Camera. I managed to destroy it by the age of 11, while trying to capture a Jellyfish swimming in the Ocean. But that is a whole another story. Point is, my fascination for capturing moments in the perfect setting and freezing a split second for eternity awakened!
Professionally I work as a photographer for almost 9 years. My biggest passion is to capture intense Portraiture of Animals in black and white. Why black and white? I love details! And Color Photography changes your perspective. Black and White Photography is in my opinion a very powerful tool, because it makes you focus on different details than Color Photography. Last directs your attention more on the colors than onto the actual details in the picture. B&W diversely touches souls, it creates a more intense focus on what you feel. Colors distract you.
Besides my first focus "B&W Animal Photography" my photographical range grew rapidly. Nowadays I love to capture EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! I love to freeze everyone's moments in life. I am available for People Portraitures, Animal Portraitures, Cars, Architecture, Studio Photography, Drone operated Photo- and Videography, On Set Work for Music Videos and School Photography! Since 2021 I work on projects in Hollywood, CA and delivering Drone Work for published Music Videos (for example "Alright" and "H.E. Double Hockey Sticks" - by KavantheKid).

My proudest accomplishment was my first publication by the age of 22. I received the compliment of showing my work on 10 pages in the magazine with the highest edition number for an Art Magazine, and published in three different countries - Germany, Swiss and Austria.
